Not Receiving SMS Notifications
Having trouble receiving SMS lead notifications?
Please follow these simple steps to troubleshoot SMS lead delivery issues:

Verify that the phone number is correctly added to the SMS Field in the Lead Delivery section of the form builder (sometimes people often forget to hit save!)

Be sure to add your country code before the phone number. For example, if you're in the US then the number may look like this +15555555555 - here's a list of all country codes:

Verify that your using a mobile number and that you're not trying to send the notifications to a landline
