Conditional logic allows you to create dynamic lead forms that change based on user responses. This ensures a more personalized and relevant experience for your leads.

With LeadCapture.io it's possible to add conditional logic to your form. Please watch this video to see how to go about this.

Steps to Add Conditional Logic

  1. Open Your Lead Form

  • Navigate to your form and locate the list of steps.
  • Use Flow View to see how the steps are connected.

  1. Identify the Step to Branch

  • Choose the step where you want to apply conditional logic.
  • Click on the step to open its settings.

  1. Modify response target steps

  • Under responses, locate the responses for this step.
  • Each response should have a target step, which determines where form goes next.

  • Change the Target Step to the desired next step
  • Click Save response to apply change.

Example Scenario:

Current Flow:

"$10,000" → Goes to State Step

Updated Flow:

  • Step: How much coverage

"$5,000" → Goes to State Step

"$10,000" → Skips to Gender Step

  1. Verify the conditional logic

  • Open Flow View to ensure the logic is correctly applied.
  • The step should now branch into different paths based on responses.

  1. Save and test

  • Click Save Changes to update your form.
  • Use Preview Mode to test how the form behaves with different responses.
