Prevent Unqualified Leads with Zip Code Disqualification

Overview

The Zip Code Disqualify feature enables you to filter leads based on zip or postal codes before lead submit a lead capture form. This ensures that only leads from serviceable areas proceed through the form, improving lead quality and optimizing CRM data management.

How It Works

  1. Add a Zip Code Field: Ensure your lead form includes a zip code or postal code field.

  1. Configure the Zip Code Disqualify Feature:
  • Click the pencil icon next to the zip code field to open additional settings.

  • Locate the Zip Code Verification List section.
  • Manually enter all the zip codes or postal codes that your business services.
  • Separate multiple zip codes with a comma (e.g., 19064,19063 ).
  • Important: do not add spaces between zip codes
  • Click Set to save the list.

  1. Set a Custom Disqualification Message:
  • Input a message that will be displayed when an unqualified zip code is entered.
  • Example: "Sorry, we do not currently provide service to your area."


  1. Save Changes:

Click Save to activate the feature.

Lead Capture Form Behavior


  • Valid Zip Code: If a lead enters a zip code from the approved list, they can proceed through the form and submit their information.
  • Invalid Zip Code: If a lead enters a zip code that is not listed, the form will display the disqualification message and prevent them from proceeding.
