Leads Not Showing in Your Dashboard

If you're not seeing leads in your LeadCapture.io dashboard, there's a common setting that might be causing the issue: Lead Bypass.


Step 1: Check If Lead Bypass Is Enabled


  1. Go to the Lead Form you're working with.
  2. Click Edit Form to open the form settings.
  3. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  4. Look for the "Lead Bypass" option.

If this is turned ON, leads will not be saved in your LeadCapture dashboard.


This setting exists to comply with GDPR and other data privacy standards. When enabled:


  • Leads will still be delivered to your CRM or email.
  • But they won’t be stored in the LeadCapture.io system.

Step 2: Disable Lead Bypass (If Needed)


If you want to store the leads inside your account for tracking or management:


  • Simply untoggle the Lead Bypass setting.
  • Click Save.

Still Not Seeing Leads?


If Lead Bypass is already turned off, and you're still not seeing any leads:


  • Check the timestamp range in your lead view (try adjusting to the next day).
  • Make sure your form is published and embedded properly.
