Why Can’t I Duplicate My Form?

If you're trying to duplicate a form and don’t see the “Duplicate” button, there’s a good chance it’s related to your account’s domain limit.


What’s Causing This?

Each LeadCapture account has a limit on how many custom domains can be used. If your account hits that limit, it can affect the ability to create or duplicate forms.


How to Fix It

  1. Check your account’s domain usage
  • Go to your account settings or ask support to confirm if you’ve reached your domain limit.

  1. Reach out for help
  • If you believe you’ve hit your domain cap, contact support.
  • In many cases, we can manually add more domains for you, especially if you're on a growing plan.

  1. Once resolved, try duplicating again
  • The “Duplicate” option should reappear once your domain limit is no longer blocking it.
