Why Can’t I Duplicate My Form?
If you're trying to duplicate a form and don’t see the “Duplicate” button, there’s a good chance it’s related to your account’s domain limit.
What’s Causing This?
Each LeadCapture account has a limit on how many custom domains can be used. If your account hits that limit, it can affect the ability to create or duplicate forms.
How to Fix It
- Check your account’s domain usage
- Go to your account settings or ask support to confirm if you’ve reached your domain limit.
- Reach out for help
- If you believe you’ve hit your domain cap, contact support.
- In many cases, we can manually add more domains for you, especially if you're on a growing plan.
- Once resolved, try duplicating again
- The “Duplicate” option should reappear once your domain limit is no longer blocking it.
